It's pretty easy to kill alot of people, before getting noticed.
Could be with a gun, knife, or any other tool or even with your own hands.
(i don't want to sound psycho or anything -- just saying)
These type of killings will never go away, regardless of what laws are enacted or other technologies that are underway.
