BRCM May 37.5 call: RCQEU 0.70 +0.35 0.65 / 0.70 iv=54.8% delta=.54

BRCM is at $37.62, so to break even you need it to reach 38.1 by Friday...

As I mentioned before, for short and very short term options I like more the reward / risk ratio offered by in the money strikes. You pay less premium and their theta is smaller.
