Thirsty's options

Sorry if I was misunderstood. I'm not saying that he didn't buy the 1,000 contracts. I'm just pointing that optionsXpress quotes a volume of 1,856 TXNFZ contracts for today, but it shows times & sales for only 45 contracts.

I wonder on what exchange got Thirsty filled ...

haha, thx for sharing cnm2s, i had an inclination that thirst was full of it, now i know he is. :(

I don't know if Thirst is legit, but there was a lot of activity in those June calls this morning. 400 done at the open at 1.55, then 100+ at 1.60 and 1.65; 280+ at 1.60, all in the first 20 minutes of trading. Another 550 were traded an hour later at prices from 1.50 to 1.65.

Your time and sales only reflects the period chosen, roughly 90mins.

Plus, Thirst previously provided a screen shot of his JPM trade, certainly showing the capital necessary to make this trade....

I would post my current positions, but the losses are a bit embarassing. if you don't believe me, you don't got to.... my trades aren't making any money anyways.

Interesting thread, thirst.

But, sheesh...the money you throw around on these trades...

I know you are a very experienced trader and have a decent size account, but even a great system could easily bust your account with that kind of risk. :(

But then I'm kind of a grind-it-out autotrader. Just chipping away at it.

Still, those consistent small wins add up...

Good luck.

whats your attachment to TXN?

loser sector right now if anything.
Their time will come in a season or two

pretty seasonal price fluctucations..

Espically with TXN, its a trading stock, even worse :) price trades close to a index

The market surely stinks. Why TXN? I really like how the chart is looking. But the tech sector sucking could kill the chart, I guess we will find out soon enough.
