Thin liquidity of NGX20-NGV20 (Nov-Oct) Spread

According to barchart.com volume report, the most popular /NG spread trading is NGZ20-NGV20 (Dec-Oct). It looks unusual. Do you know why Nov-Oct spread's liquidity is so thin now?

Volume doesn't always tell the story with spreads. It's an exchange-traded spread, so put it on a DOM and look at how many contracts are on each rung of the ladder. That gives you the true liquidity.

um 10,000 is plenty of volume cracks me up people think u need volume. only reason u meed volume is if u are doing a ton of volume. thats plenty for anyone and the same goes for options. just price it and buy it ur not going to get hung in an exchange spread it is impossible

a volume of 1 is enough in an exchange spread its a spread so ur gonna pay some slippage and fees nymex has high fees for sure

if u need more volume you could trade the bonds they have lots of volume
