Many of you, I suppose, are far to young to recall why it was that Castro was able to rally people to his cause, other than those whose property his government confiscated of course. He seized power in Cuba with hardly a shot fired. There was a reason for that.

Making fun of someones language skills when they are doing their best to communicate in a language that is not their native tongue is rude.

English is one thing. American is another. We Americans use the same English words all English speaking people use, but they have different meanings to Americans. A lot of it today is plays on words based on well known movie quotes. Nothing I like better to do than get up in the morning and bitch about America.
