I'm thinking Odumbo's motivation for his Cuba actions... nothing more than to endure Hispanics to Dems for votes. Yet another of Odumbo's "abuses of power".

Economically, Cuba ain't shit to America. Politically, to influence/secure the Hispanic vote... that's another issue entirely.
