I actually think it is pretty stable. Croatia ok, Serbia, don't think so.

Prices are just too inflated though. Heck we are just coming off a world wide run up in real estate orgy for the last 5 years, so what do I expect.

I love the topless beaches in Greece, although I saw some women that should leave them on! :D Not many though.

I am about to move to Greece too - does anyone know about satellite internet in places that don't have broadband (ie. outside cities) ?

I believe Hughes Sat is worldwide too. Careful for daytrading, 1 second delay guaranteed.
