Seriously, only 2 years ago, although it's quite possible the islands have inferior plumbing. The had the same "waste baskets" inside the 5 star resort hotel too on Crete. I think Hania is spelled Chania, come to think of it.

Greece property, very reasonable, you are right, relative to say coastal Croatia. I was just looking at some on an expatriate site.

Took a 3 week sailing trip along the greek islands some years ago.

Absolutely beautiful scenery. Especially the less visited islands.
A recommendation for everyone.
 
Yes, the great thing about trading in Europe is the time difference... if you are a swing / position trader, you can do whatever you want during the day and put your positions on in the evening, when the US is still in regular trading hours...

I recommend the Greek islands, absolutely gorgeous...

If you need hot girls to spend your trading profits on, then Poland and the Czech Republic can't be beaten...

I don't think ex-broker is trying to put down Greek women - just a personal preference on his part I'm sure.

I happen to be 1/2 Greek, and I can tell you that just like any other country in the world, Greek women can be just as beautiful and attractive as any other ethnic background.

But not everyone is into the Mediterranean look :cool:

One thing is for sure though - those Mediterranean women are the firey type - and that has its pros and cons too!

And Greece is definitely a laid back place, very beautiful - not as cheap as it used to be since the euro was introduced, but many people fall in love with the laid back nature of the place. Still a little behind the times in many ways - but you don't see as many Greeks coming to America to live here anymore - and I think that tells a lot about how it has grown.
