They won the house, but they were supposed to win by a far greater amount. Its a technical win, sure. But they didn't win the senate and they didn't win governor in places we were hoping. So was it a victory? Sure, in some places. But much more shallow than we had hoped.

Given how Democrats have been these last few years, it should have been a landslide.

Good points. It was a football game that the republicans were favored by 14, but they only won by 1.
