How Biden Could Quickly Undo Trump Era Health Policies
Undoing many of the policies of his predecessor is one of President Biden's top priorities. In early February, Biden even got a little defensive about all the executive actions he was taking in his first days in office to halt policies set by President Donald Trump.

"I'm not making new law," he said Feb. 2. "I'm eliminating bad policy."

Among other issues, there are more than three dozen health-related policies — including many aimed at hobbling the Affordable Care Act — put into place during the Trump administration that Democrats would like to see changed.

But as easy as it sounds on the campaign hustings or in a 30-second political ad, it's complicated to overturn rules from earlier administrations. There is one tool, however, that Biden and the Democratic Congress could use to undo the policies the Trump administration left behind. A little-used law called the Congressional Review Act allows a new administration with a like-minded Congress to fast-track the repeal of regulations and other executive actions with simple majority votes in both chambers and no filibuster in the Senate.

WASHINGTON — President Biden on Friday revoked President Donald J. Trump’s executive order authorizing sanctions on top officials at the International Criminal Court, reversing a decision that put the United States at odds with many of its European allies.

The move comes after the Trump administration decided last year to sanction the court’s chief prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, and a senior official, Phakiso Mochochoko, after the court opened an investigation into potential war crimes committed by American troops in Afghanistan. It also precedes, by days, a deadline for the Biden administration to respond to a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Mr. Trump’s executive action.

Biden State Department Reverses Trump Era Halt On Palestinian Aid

TOPLINE Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday announced the U.S. will restart Palestinian aid that was halted under former President Donald Trump, arguing the move will benefit the Middle East peace process and repair U.S. global standing.

In a statement, Blinken said the U.S. will provide $75 million in economic development assistance to the West Bank and Gaza, $10 million for “peacebuilding programs” and $150 million for humanitarian assistance through the U.N. Relief and Works Agency.

Additionally, Blinken said, the U.S. will be “resuming vital security assistance programs,” which goes to Palestinian security forces aimed at stemming violence by militant groups Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Blinken argued in his statement that, in addition to providing “critical relief to those in great need,” the assistance “supports Israeli-Palestinian understanding, security coordination and stability” and “aligns with the values and interests of our allies and partners.”

1.If Biden wants a wall,unlike Trump he can actually get it done.

2.It could just be to end the lawsuits.Nancy gave Trump 1.4 billion for a wall in the last Trump covid bill so legally Biden is wrong to stop wall construction until that 1.4 billion is spent.Once the 1.4 billion is spent he can legally stop it.
 
Each Joe Biden incompetence and ineptitude just shows how great a President Donald Trump is. ET trolls can hate him all they want and even now, suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome but, he is the greatest US President in the 4 years he was officially in office. How many Americans wish he was still in the oval office? I know I do, everyday because seeing all these incompetence makes me want to puke. President Donald Trump is 100,000% the leader Joe Biden wished he could be, even just a teeny tiny bit.
