You said in your comments I referred to "funds" not simply "major hedge funds." The term major funds include mutual funds, many of which are not able to short.
Charles Biderman reports money flow in an out of public funds, and the money flow into funds continues to overshadow redemptions.
If hedge funds are increasing short positions in either futures or equities, that is going to show up in C.O.T. reports, and reports of short interest in stocks.
There is no mystery here, it is you who are attempting to create some impression of "inside" dope and uniqueness by your eariler comments of "per an authority."
Stop being secretive and pretending to be on the inside of some special information.
