Your absolutely right. Wrong choice of words. My mistake for assuming the "journalist" could use a word correctly.
 
My apologies for jumping into this pseudo trading journal but I had to blow off some steam from McSmurf's stalking rants.

i too saw him use that incorrectly but he was masterful at recovering his poise with a creative defense and as proof a weblink. Way to recover surf! :D
