Quote from ProfLogic:

I know. This journal is a joke.
All one has to do is search Smurf's posts and the contradictions just flow.

He has no clue what a Tick/Tic bar is but he wants us to believe he's trades.

He states that there is no such thing as a Hedge Fund Owner but one of his idols, NASSIM TALEB, even calls himself this.

He doesn't know the profit per increment of the EURO/Dollar spread but trades it, again expecting us to believe he's trades.

His YM paper trading so far this year is barely over 30% but he puts himself out to this forum as an expert trader.

He stalks me in almost every thread I post in and casts
dispersions on my discussions without having the foggiest idea of what I do.

Marketsurfer, aka David Goodboy, in my opinion is a sick person that needs our simpathy not our respect.

Yes, but you're both casting dispersions. ;)

Quote from Thunderdog:

The disconnect arises from the fact that surfer was actually describing proper trend trading to Ms. McGreedy while valiantly endeavoring to call it anything but. It serves his purpose to define and relegate (his version of) trend trading to mindlessly buying higher highs or selling lower lows on breakout or breakdown. That way, it's easy to knock down. In any event, and as you noted, what he says and what he does don't even have so much as a spurious correlation with one another.

you've latched on to surf's pantleg and you won't let loose. what's your beef

surf can take any trade he wants for any reason he deems fit so lay off

I have an active BS filter that sounds an alarm demanding my attention.

Why do you ask? Do you feel that I'm not giving you the attention you deserve?

So sorry. Everything I stated is verifyable in this very thread. Read it.
I believe atticus was referring to your use of the word "dispersions." In fact, one casts aspersions. Marketsurfer has also referred to "dispersions" in the past.

Further, sometimes what he says has nothing to do with what he said earlier, either.

LOL, I believe Tracy McGreedy is a riff on Tracy McGrady, one of the best Small Forwards in the NBA who plays with the Houston Rockets, not a girl.

In terms of the exposition on correct trend trading however, you are correct, and that is what I am taking away from this process.

All that other stuff is just a waste of good trading time.

Good trading,

Jimmy Jam

And since he chooses to make it public, that affords me the right to comment on it as I see fit. I merely make observations. I don't offer unsolicited advice. Did I upset your delicate sensibilities? Having a bad karma day?
