hi,

yes, i did enter longs but was stopped out. when i am going against a longer term market trend my stops are very tight. they are wider when i am trading in the direction of the longer term trend. hope this makes sense.

been trading the dow like a banshee today. got stomped out of our initial short early on the big run up. OUCH ! caught a nice downdraft near noon when we broke the lower channel again, was stopped out with a profit via trailing stops. went short again sub channel at aprox 1 pm sub channel, caught another nice small wave down, 10 point trailing stop closed the position. shorted again sub channel and was stopped out for a small loss at aprox 2pm. currently flat dow. nasdaq--- currently SHORT.

wow, who thought work could be so much fun ??

wowsa, what a day it was ! finally caught a nice nice downwave in the dow after multi multi entries today. currently short dow, short nasdaq.

loooking forward to friday...

well, indications are the market is going to gap against both our short positions on the open. we are sticking with the system which states---do nothing for the first 10 minutes, mark the high of those 10 minutes--if the market surpasses the high CLOSE and take the potential hit---if not HOLD. fingers crossed gentlemen.

OH YEAH ! the system kept us short during the gap up. we are holding dow and nasdaq shorts here, riding this wave as far as she wants to take us...

short entering open on monday. premarket appears indecisive at this time. extreme bears are making public pronouncements, cnbc is giving shorting lessons, and general feeling of malise is hanging over the equity markets----- the psych factors are setting up for bottoming foundation.

good morning,

once again, the neogann system gap rule will guide our trading at the open. it appears that the market ( dow, nasdaq) will be gapping against our short positions at the open. what we do is wait for the first 10 minutes, mark the high during these 10 minutes. STAY IN THE TRADE for 10 minutes, if the market surpasses the 10 minute high CLOSE. if not stay SHORT. waiting and watching-----
