its monday morning, still riding the down wave. holdng short here.

stopped out of the shorts this morning. currently FLAT in dow and nasdaq. current nasdaq channel is 1233 to 1177--short below, flat between, long above. dow channel is 7937 long 7753 short, flat between. mechanically trading the channel figures now.

furthermore, sharp short upmoves are one of the hallmarks of a bear market. it is CRUCIAL that one waits for confirmation before entering long here, and tight stops are critical with any long entry at this level. BUT-- the potential gains are mind blowing.

entered short dow today when the lower channel figure was violated. holding here overnight into thursday's open. the dow closed directly below the lower channel rather uncannily. we will see what happens. still flat the nasdaq awaiting violation of channel. thanks volume !
