my technical programs fired an extreme buy signal today when the DJIA was at 8274 and the NASDAQ at 1376. i was able to enter at DJIA 8280 and NASDAQ 1380. currently holding longs overnight. this trade (obviously) is outside of my normal system's parameters but the strength of the signal could not be ignored.

Surf, indices put in a reversal yesterday. Aren't you considering taking some profits on some of the long positions. What percentage of your profits are you willing to risk?
