You know in the lab FIRST they give the mice VERY HIGH fat diet to make them obese. Now the mice has obesity from VERY HIGH FAT(no normal) diet. SECOND they study how the fatty acid (THAT IS VERY VERY HIGH IN THE BODY NOW) how that very high fatty acid promote with insulin resistance.

You want to eat 10 pound of meat every day for 6 weeks for the study?

Eat meat with moderation. Some fat is good for you!!
Vegetable and fruit is delicious too.

killthesunshine, you eat too much fat soluble vitamin A and D, that is not good either.

This study is to understand OBESITY and how that effect diabetes.
