the sooner we get away from BEEF

15.5 weeks on a pescatarian(fish the only animal product allowed) diet. 24lbs lost from 213. 2 inches off the waist and I saw something last night I havent seen since 1994. My lower abs. Still have a thin fat layer around my mid-section but I dont see that going away cause I do not to intensive workouts.

This lifestyle is challenging at times. But the kids keep me motivated. I dont want to be that fat old father.

"Humans have been eating meat for as long as our history can be traced back. In fact, one of the most vocal proponents of the argument that humans are natural omnivores is himself a vegetarian, the anatomist and a primatologist Dr. John McArdle. As McArdle has argued, “Humans are classic examples of omnivores in all relevant anatomical traits. There is no basis in anatomy or physiology for the assumption that humans are pre-adapted to the vegetarian diet.”"

chew on that KTS
