The science of taking a crap

If you're anything like me then you find little more satisfaction in life than taking a good dump. :D It seems as I age finding that little periods of life where a blissful crap is unattainable, I have searched far and wide for a remedy other than laxatives. Yes, proper gut heath and diet play a role, but you may be surprised to find that you're out of position, especially we Americans. Try this, it works. Skip to the 5 minute point for the proper position. Thank me later.

Vaseline. 1 teaspoon, everyday. The inventor started to take it after an illness, he lived to be 96.

"Vaseline is used as a laxative to be taken orally or rectally. It is used to help maintain soft feces, decrease fecal effort in case of constipation, remove hemorrhoids after an operation (or other surgical operations that require decreasing fecal effort after post-surgical period) as well as for emptying the gut before surgery, radiology and endoscopy. Vaseline is an oily liquid substance that is odorless, colorless, tasteless, and insoluble in water and consists of a mixture of heavy hydrocarbons."

Maybe just spread it on toast. :D Whole grain, of course.

Stay hydrated, eat more fiber and take at least 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil daily. The olive oil has many health benefits but make sure it is a quality brand.

this is an important thread - because more and more people are full of shi*t all the time - as we can see these days ... :D

btw. - vaseline is great for all your leather stuff!
