Two entirely different skill sets. (How many have both, if any? And even if they do, they are not correlated, but rather separate.)

Personally, I'm thinking you're fantasizing... there are likely few if any "card playing stock market millionaires" as you seem to believe there are. (And sure as HELL there are no "billionaire" market players who got their chops at the poker table. Poker purses are chicken feed to them, so they wouldn't bother.)
I don't know about how much poker you played over your lifetime, but I played about 3-times a week for ~15 years. My views on this are not just "dumbass speculation".
