Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:
Backed into a corner, Pabst reverts back to what comes most naturally.
Personal attacks...
!!!!!!!!!!!!
Again!!
This is exactly what happened in the ID thread. In this case Pabst has taken the role of kjkent et al. Pabst is asking directed, specific questions based solely on the content of Z's posts. Z is refusing to answer them. Pabst is cutting and pasting directly from Z's posts to illustrate the contradictions and inconsistencies in his position. And in the end, what do we get?
Z starts to accuse people of making personal attacks!!!
This is exactly the way things went in the ID thread. I was warned via PM by another member that this is what Z does when he is backed into a corner and can't escape. It is probable that right now, the moderators are getting a PM per minute complaining about the personal attacks that are occurring. It doesn't seem to dawn on Z that these challenges to his assertions, based on material taken directly from his posts, are actually attempts to give him a chance to explain his views, in light of the apparent contradictions we find. We continue to give him credit for this ability.
So, Z... I will summarize. Pabst has made three posts in which he has asked you specific questions based on the content of your posts. We now await your response. He showed three ways in which Reagan was far from being a centrist as you claimed, and then he provided proof that your comments re: California politics were inaccurate. Finally, he showed that your opinions regarding Reagan seem to be formulated on the fly and are subject to change depending upon the nature of the question being posed to you. He provided quotes from your posts today in support of this claim. And remember, your tactics in the past, namely
1) Claiming that you are being attacked personally
2) Claiming that the questions being put to you are 'stupid'
3) Stating that you did not solicit the opinion of others and that when you require it you will ask for it and
4) Posting bizarre cartoon images from your personal library
will not be sufficient. In fact, they have never been sufficient.
