Apparently, letting pedophiles and rapist out of jail while arresting parents for hanging out with their kids is part of the liberals path to recovery. Yeah, that policy totally makes sense.

What they are waiting for is more and more people to be infected so that, they have immunity. Those with immunity will not be able to infect anyone or be re-infected. Nobody can measure with any certainty what percentage of the population would have immunity and let us get real, all of us are not going to be tested. It would take forever and probably, cost so much. The US economy will be permanently, destroyed. They may have to wait till September 2020 to test everyone if you can do it all.

North Carolina's Stay-at-Home order will be extended by eight days, Gov. Roy Cooper announced during a news conference on Thursday.
Cooper's initial order, which went into effect March 30, was set to expire on April 29. The new order will expire on May 8.
"After a thorough analysis, it's clear that we're flattening the curve, but our state is not ready to lift our restrictions yet," Cooper said. "We need time to slow the spread of the virus before we can start easing those restrictions."

So much for claiming the decision to turn off the lights is the humane thing to do. Globally we save a few million at the expense of sending hundreds of millions or even billions into abject poverty for who knows how long.
Now, just flashed on Bloomberg TV. Says Corona Virus dies fastest in hot and humid weather. Remember liberal media said the heat did not kill the Corona Virus? Then, about 2 weeks later, an article now says that heat does kill the Corona Virus? We are getting hotter weather now. Just went out to get some groceries from an Asian market. Pretty much everyone kept their distance but, 1 older lady in behind me waiting to pay. She stood like 1 feet, right behind me. I adjusted my masks (I wore two, 1 with a filter the 2nd one, I put a paper towel in the sleeve) to make sure my mask stuck close to my nose. Took a hot bath when I got home. Hopefully, that kills any viruses I might have picked up thru my clothes. Like the hot weather. I think the Corona Virus infections and death will come down in states with hot weather.
Illinois Governor Pritzker extends statewide shutdown until end of May. I know two Chicago area Ford Plants were tentatively scheduled to go back online May 6. I assume this means they stay shutdown all month. No cars equals no steel to make. USX Gary works has already idled two blast furnaces with a third expected to go down if no orders come in. This will put that into effect leaving them running but one furnace. Layoffs will follow. It'll trickle down all through the job shops and contractors which feed of the mills. Bad and getting worse for Joe LunchBucket, you know the people Dems like Pritzker are supposed to care so much about
