That guys refuses to understand that if everybody or most people instead of the 54% following the CDC Health Guidelines...there would never had been lockdowns and restrictions.
Also, he doesn't understand that they can not "isolate" the high risk because many in the high risk have underlying medical conditions that they do not know they have or underestimate how vulnerable they are to Covid-19 after the constant barrage of misinformation / disinformation from President Trump and his cult followers.
The funny aspect is his debates with ET members as if they are specifically setting Covid-19 policy in the state of California.
More funny is when he has the same debates with ET members in other countries as if people in other countries control the Covid-19 policy in the United States or California.

This has essentially been the policy in some of the countries that have excellent performance against Covid-19 in terms of infections / hospitalization / ICUs / deaths.
