Mueller's team didn't make any list, read the article, the questions were recited to Trump's lawyers who wrote it down with their characteristically bad grammar and leaked it to the NYT. Mueller gains nothing from leaking a list that he could have easily changed.
Why would they do that? What is the possible benefit?
Pretty sure it was leaked by Trump to show how desperate Mueller is and that he has no evidence of collusion, whatever the hell that means. So, we now know he is focused on obstruction. Good luck with that. Trump lost confidence in Comey and fired him. Comey's own words back that up. Who the hell would keep a guy like that on?
I'll go with the guy who's kept a tight lid on this one as opposed to the one that calls Forbes as someone else to make it into some meaningless list.
