Pretty sure it was leaked by Trump to show how desperate Mueller is and that he has no evidence of collusion, whatever the hell that means. So, we now know he is focused on obstruction. Good luck with that. Trump lost confidence in Comey and fired him. Comey's own words back that up. Who the hell would keep a guy like that on?

Trump probably leaked the questions to box mueller in. Now he can’t ask questions not on that list without appearing to be baiting trump.

The questions were leaked to the New York Times (a newspaper that trump’s base doesn’t read).
