This is the hypocrisy. Some guy growing some cannabis plants will get years in prison in many countries despite arguably he's actually helping people.
A guy who steals millions will just get a few months to a few years, this also goes to those who steal public funds. I guess the system is encouraging white collar crime and we need to take our cues.
