Haha, I've been out of State for over 20Y. I would have loved to have seen it. My dad was on Kennedy's PPD (some trivia).
That's a meaningless number, inflation didn't hit decade new highs under either of them - Obama and Clinton came to office during bad economic times so there was nothing to blame them for. Biden's number stayed strong until the economic news started getting bad, that's the only thing people care about.
