The lunacy of the Darwinists

Quote from nononsense:

No, simply correct an obvious error.
"An educated person would" hate to rely on his readers to "instantly recognize" sloppy wording, or worse, incompetent posturing.

No "ass displaying" at all, simply trying to keep up minimum standards of rigor on chitchat.
Hope this helps a bit.

:)

You must have been short DIA on Friday.

Quote from nononsense:

I don't trade that Kent. Do you?

I do, but not routinely. I was totally flat Friday. Not because of any prescience, however. Ironically, the stocks that I routinely trade, were almost entirely unaffected by the overall market, so even if I had been playing the game, I probably would have had a profit.

My experience with DIA is that if you don't have enough capital to guess wrong at least eight times in a row, then you shouldn't be trading it, because the market makers are prepared to drive the market quite a few dollars in any direction in order to squeeze out the small timers.

You are speaking about small timers from first hand experience?

So much for $300 an hour....

Glad you told me Kent. I trade ES, ER2, EMD but I don't care at all how the market goes, as long as it moves enough :). Made roughly 30RT's on Friday, mostly shorts.

I hope our buddies are not going to complain about our going 'off topic'.

Be good,
