I'm unsure of other states but am pretty sure that Florida isn't going to comply. Seems like a clear conflict of State Law and a capricious and arbitrary Federal mandate.

Didn't listen to the speech and will simply ignore anything that isn't codified into law and even then I'll follow Florida law and ignore President Drool-Bib. Nothing out of this guys mouth for the next 3 years means much of anything.
