Nobody goes to jail for lying about "drug use" on a 4473. Link us to one conviction that resulted in a jail or prison sentence.
That's what the other information I posted indicated. Even the comments from Republican Senator Lindsey Graham outlined this point. The words I used were "apply the sentencing guidelines to apply the appropriate penalty".
The reality is that the tax case involving Hunter Biden is much more straight forward and more likely to yield a stint in prison after a conviction (if this is the result).
However there are some fundamental differences we are seeing -- Do you think that Democrats will be doxing and threatening violence against the jury members, DA, witnesses and judge if Hunter is found guilty? Do you think Democratic leaders will be on social media inciting their followers to violence over a guilty verdict?
