The Hunter Biden Trial

In my opinion Hunter Biden will be convicted in either this gun trial or the later tax trial -- and get a prison sentence. I believe conviction with a prison sentence is much more likely in the tax trial then this gun trial.

Even Republican U.S. Senators are criticizing this gun trial -- saying no other U.S. citizen would be facing these charges.

Hunter Biden’s wife lashed out at a one-time adviser to former President Donald Trump on Tuesday, calling him a “Nazi piece of s—t” during a break in the first son’s federal trial on gun charges.

Melissa Cohen Biden went up to Garrett Ziegler — who runs the right-wing nonprofit Marco Polo, which has exposed much of the data from Hunter’s notorious laptop — and said: “You have no right to be here, you Nazi piece of s–t,” according to a report by NBC News.

Ziegler — who was on his way back into the Wilmington, Del., courtroom — didn’t respond to the emotional outburst.

In my opinion if Hunter is found guilty of the charges in the trial then the judge should apply the sentencing guidelines to apply the appropriate penalty including a stint in prison.

Republicans would be in an uproar. that would lawfare and a personal attack on the president of the United States. Right?

Nobody goes to jail for lying about "drug use" on a 4473. Link us to one conviction that resulted in a jail or prison sentence.
