Democracy - Majority Rules

Are we becoming more or less intelligent as a country?

If we are becoming more intelligent as a country - majority rules has appeal. If we are becoming less intelligent then majority rules may have some flaws.

The fundamental - is a democracy always the best way to make decision regardless of constituents or geography? Are there constraints on a democracy as a decision making mechanism?
 
The biggest fascists around are the extreme liberal socialists including, our resident ET trolls. They would like nothing to silence opposing views because they cannot win a debate on Socialism which is a failed economic model. Russia and China are now both more capitalistic than the US. In addition, Adolph Hitler was a full out Socialist, NAZI means Nationalist Socialist Workers Party. Only the Democrat Party has admitted Socialists, Communists and Islamist who are actually in the US Congress. Here4BS, want to see a full blown, unrepentant fascist? Look in the mirror and see him staring at you. It is thee!
