The millions upon millions of illegals will find their way from the US to the Canadian border. My money is on Justin Trudeau just welcoming all those illegals. After all, it is the Canadians who will pay for it all. And more and more of them will come. ET trolls will experience at some point how extra good, Joe Biden's open borders policy really is!
The GOP is the party of our oligarchs (so is the Democrat party, of course, they just serve as an emotional relief valve for the working class—sometimes on sometimes off—while the GOP is always off), and they will resist every effort to democratize the economy. Since the general population is taking political democracy for granted (to their peril) and extending their recent efforts to extend democracy to the economy, our oligarchs are feeling threatened. It's all this talk of "socialism" among our youth, the recent surge in strike actions, etc. you see.
