I guess there is chatter that the full DC appeals court could still exercise its right to have the Flynn dismissal heard by the full appeals court rather than just the three-judge panel.

The full court is 7 democrat appointed judges and 4 republican appointed judges.They should definitely appeal to the full court

I don't know if he is immune. If he is as involved as it appears, I can't see how he can get out of this. My guess is that Lynch will be the first to come clean.
I have missed it and I am sure you know. What exactly was Flynn lying about that is prosecutable? What I have read sounds like exactly what you expect someone in his position to be talking about.
