The Fine Tuning of the Universe

it's obvious to any gardener, when you plant a seed and see that plant grow, that you were the creator. But who created the seed?

Now we know our whole known universe was created in one big bang. But who created the big bang?

And many deep thinkers think big bangs may be going on all the time. Who is creating them?

small minded atheists just shrug their shoulders and say, "It always existed." But that doesn't really fit our real world experience, does it?

So finally, science and religion are on the same page. We are all looking for the answer to who created all this and how?

Not the same page at all.
Religion is not looking for an answer. Blind faith already decided it.
oh come on stu, certainly you are not one of those elitists that think anybody that believes in God believes in a white bearded figure in the clouds. God is just a word we use to describe the prime mover. Astrophysicists debate whether the universe needed a creator or somehow was just always here. Seems like a silly debate to me. Can you imagine being an atheist and asked, "How did we all get here?" and answering, "Well, we were just always here." I'll give you this, it is scripiturally correct. There is nothing in the bible that talks about a universe before god, so I guess He was just always here. I'm a believer, so it is easy for me to accept, but I would expect a little more from you scientists.

I raised my daughters as good atheists. When they got old enough to ask me how they got here, I just told them, "You were always here."

it's a mental illness. You have a bunch of nerds with bad facial hair who can't dress themselves and have never had a spiritual awakening claiming there could never be a prime mover, even though everything since their first science book tells them that would be impossible.
