Oh come on! What constraint of language!
How about using the words "divine creator" or "God" or if you want to be obscure, "something".
Point is you are making the contradiction. Speaking generally, as every being or thing whatever it may be, does appear to be in some form of decay, a being of whatever type eternal or temporal, not in a state of decay, would be a contradiction.
Where do you think the move towards greater entropy would be likely to finish up anyway? Possibly in a state of total entropy perhaps!?
You made a considered and rational post about the Constitution and religion earlier despite your own professed belief.
I took it you might know something of what you were talking about seeing you mentioned the arrow of time, or at least be as rational as you previously were.
My mistake.
1. G-O-D.
2. Total entropy, pretty obviously. Your point?
My point is that a timeless and eternal being (oh gawd, there I go again!) would be looking into our limited and physical Universe from a POV which would pretty obviously be outside of that time constraint, which is a function of our movement towards total entropy. A very simple point, actually. I'm having a hard time understanding why that's such a sticking point.
3. The Founding Fathers weren't arguing against religion in the First Amendment. I hope you didn't think that?
4. Cool your jets. If you have friends, guess what? Some of them might actually be, you know, religious. Or do you think they're all doofuses for believing?
