The only outright error in Wolf's presentation I saw was her reference to the founder's association with the posse comitatus act. In actual fact it was the result of the Northern occupation of former Confederate states after the Civil War.

It does seem a little incongruous to see her as such an ardent Constitutionalist after her cheerful support of big government social programs and her buddy Al Gore in the past. While it is true that she is a "leftie" and no doubt has a grudge against Bush, the encroachments of government should give pause for thought. Civil liberties are at risk more than ever. It is foolish to assume that since "this is America it couldn't happen here."
