There are quite a few laws that are unconstitutional. No, that would not be following my logic. It would expose a worrying part of your mind.
Your objection on constitutional grounds, people had the same arguments with seat belts. All but 1 state requires them and 30 or so for both front and back passengers.
Its a fair analogy to masks and the application of the law in practice.
So, if we have to click it or ticket, and that is unconstitutional, how did that happen anyway and is the anti-mask thing not doomed the same way?
There are quite a few laws that are unconstitutional.
...
Personally wearing a mask is a bit annoying while working in the current high humdity, high temperature Dallas, TX area. Pushing 4500 lb “Cans” (Air freight containers) on rollers while wearing a mask in such conditions causes it to become saturated with sweat, negating the mask’s effectiveness and making it harder to breathe...
You do know that you don't have to wear the mask if you are a fair distance away from others, right? Say, 20 feet.
That was the initial guideline by Gov. Baker. Wear a mask "if you cannot maintain social distancing", which used be a standard 6 feet.
Common sense says to triple that distance, at least.
Are you always within 20 feet of someone when you are pushing your "cans"? When you are not, remove the mask so you can breathe!
There are quite a few laws that are unconstitutional.
Are they being challenged in court?
Go argue with the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. You clearly are more knowledgeable than all of the doctors at the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and more knowledgeable than all of the scientific studies that they referenced.
I mean everyone should consider completely disregarding what the US physicians and surgeons are saying and just listen to @Bugenhagen. Everyone should also completely disregard all scientific studies unless endorsed by @Bugenhagen and Rachel Maddow.
I mean someone in your family was one of the authors on a scientific study, therefore, @Bugenhagen is more knowledgeable than any doctor or scientist.
