Holder already instituted a moratorium at the Federal level earlier this year, disallowing local and state law enforcement from using Federal law to justify civil forfeiture. http://time.com/3672140/civil-forfeiture-assets-holder/

Also need to ban the TSA, DEA, IRS, and other Federal agencies from using civil forfeiture against innocent people.

She also gave examples of how the media hid the illegal alien status of perps of horrific crimes. It's the same deal as with blacks. PC rules forbid identifying criminals if they belong to a PC-protected class,eg blacks, illeglas, muslims, homos.

This is reminding me of the bogus claim that there is no vote fraud, based on the fact that democrat pols refuse to investigate or prosecute it. Are you seriously contending that illegals do not commit crimes and go on welfare at far higher rates than legal citizens?
