Not deserves, but is required to give, otherwise you are starting to catch on. It's great country to make money in and that don't come cheap.
And the beaurecrats making six figures with million dollar retirement packagers at the department of "(insert name here)" really helped build it...... The vast majority of beaurecrats these days are slowing working people down, not helping to provide an environment conducive to earning money.
