it does get tiring to constantly hear from anonymous sources or someone said or this guy heard him say.....
this is why he we have hearsay in law because human beings cannot repeat phrases, context or intent ever correctly consistently...

Anyway, I don’t want to get into a round and round on Ma Babbit because it is truly unfortunate. People should not be shot for engaging in crimes. It doesn’t happen in other developed countries and we should only accept it rare and on occasion.

But what I will say is that people really do get shot and killed by the police everyday and that most people accept it when those persons are engaged in some sort of illegal behavior but you don’t really hear about those cases which are similar in circumstance to Ms Babbit. The cases that get the democrats motivated are the truly illegal ones. Ms Babbit case was not illegal under the law. And the law is the way it is because of the guns. And that was my point.

If you cultists want to make Ms Babbitt a martyr, by all means have at it but don’t compare her to actual legally unjustified police shootings. She was in fact legally shot and killed by law enforcement.
