January 6th probably started out as a crime.

Your question was why would democrats waste the political capital by “kneecapping” Trump. And I said this bewilders me because it’s obviously much bigger than that. You seem to think there is no such thing bigger. And maybe that is true but If Trump got to skate there would be no deterrent for elected officials attempting to overturn elections. We all benefit.

They have written Donald Trump's Political Obituary.

These crazy people (e.g. Mark Meadows, Ginni Thomas, Michael Flynn, et cetera) used phrases like King of Kings...what the fuck.

King of Kings (definition)
  1. used as a name or form of address for God.
    • (in the Christian Church) used as a name or form of address for Jesus Christ.
    • a title assumed by certain kings who rule over lesser kings.
Growing up in Chicago for many years and hanging out with lots of Italian friends... it's also a term you used toward someone that's the Mafia Boss. I can now say after today, hearing that there has also been "witness tampering" of those speaking to the January 6th Committee...

Total embarrassment to our Democracy.

I thought the bit where he grabbed the wheel screaming I'm the fucking president and tried to throttle the secret service agent driver from the back seat was good.

The right are very quite now, they are waiting for Tugger to tell them how to process it. Of course Murdock has switched to DeSantis so maybe they won't be a soothed as they hope.

If there was the rule of law, most extreme liberal Democrats and their RINO allies would all be in jail already. Start with insider trading which they get a free pass out of. Then, work from there. Focus on campaign contributions after that.
