If you mean the real one? I only post there when I have trades to update it with that shows either progress or regress, and try to keep it limited to weekly minimum.
As for this thing here? Mreh, I was just feeling good about myself in sim today, especially on GC. I somehow felt the flow of it today. Rare for me. That thing has been a beast lately. Reminds me of NG a few years ago on Thursday reports in the winter. Dayum those were fun times.
There's one other psychological bit I will explain over the weekend that I find troubling about myself. It won't be for asking others' advice about it, just a blurb about what has been going on in my head regarding entries, just to shoot the breeze. It's a doozy.
You and destriero must throw in some sex stuff with your lady friends in your trade journals.
That's what the people want to keep it from becoming complacent.
Remember...two of the top viewed journals at this forum in the past 10 years were that Food porn thread by the guy in south america and that real soft porn thread by the european (I think)...they did that without even having their threads in the trade journal section.
Put some sexy stuff in these journals.

And that blurb is trade entries. Every single time I enter a trade, and it starts to fail, I start to think to swing it because I think the day trade will fail but will recover the next day/few days. And when it does fail that day, I think the next day, "Oh no, the market is going to drop at least 10% now." So I start to think of cutting my losses short. That is what got me on March 22nd, 2019.
Every time I enter a trade, I think it is going to fail, so I need the stops in place. And with the renewed volatility, these scenarios seem to come to pass. I HAVE to chalk this up to really bad timing. This not following my plan of when Trump would announce the new tariffs has really hit me hard, because it seems to show I cannot follow any plan.
Yet when I time the entries right, with stops in place, I seem to make money.
So what I need to do is stay smart, and NOT start the day playing the market in sim and then switching to live later on. This whole "Getting a feel for the day's action early in sim" is just stupid. Because invariably, after I make the money in sim I switch to live, and conditions have changed and lose the flow
So from now on, I have to go back to the old 1:1 ratio, and try to get the win rate above 50%. High enough above that level to pay for the commies and have some scratch at the end of the day.

I'm starting to like the look of the VX. Shorting around 20 seems to work out. So ranging between 12 and 20. But that needs way more observation. Like, during the current trade war and through the election next year.
As for the rest? Whatever. I like to think I am getting better. :-(
Trade 91 and 92, while not an overnight hold for margin purposes, I consider a swing. And I took it based on how I thought Asia would react to Trump's tweets that day.
Hopefully this will be the last time I ever have to update the BS sim journal. All I gotta' do is switch that account drop-down to the live when placing these trades.
