1st of all the 2 Bar Charlie System works and I proved it in the demo. It is not my fault that you can't execute a simple strategy and make it work for you.

2nd of all I still post my pre-market calls before the 9:30am EST opening bell. You can ignore profitability all that you want to but it still does not change the fact that you can not beat me in trading so until you can demonstrate that you can you are just whistling in the dark and making unsubstantiated accusations against someone you continue to idolize.

My civil case against Brad Caldwell is being held in Hamilton courts.

Claim # 1019/04 for anyone to follow if they like.

Anyone that would like to add to the CFTC case can pm me directly and I will give them the investigators name that is working on his case.

I have also hired a detective that will give me Brad Caldwells complete Criminal record within the next 7 days.

As far as my history with these kinds of matters ... anyone on ET can do a search under my name and see that I have purchased MANY systems from many scam vendors in the past, thats how I know what they look like.

That is not a crime, that is just stupidity.... thank GOD I have finally learned my lesson I owe you that much.

As far as your accusations of me being the 2 others you suggest I am using as an alias, we know you are lying.

I am a man of GOD and I live my life with very strict principles and conduct.

I would never lie nor bear false witness against anyone.

You have brought this all upon yourself Brad and it is only your own conscience that is destroying you now.

You may try and do what you want to me you have my attorneys name and address.

BUT

You will never escape your own conscience Brad.

Didn't your lawyers tell you not to talk to each other without their presence until the trial is over? Doing so may be detrimental to both of your cases. That is why I have a hard time believing any of this stuff is even close to what is really happening.

Samson, a question and a thought:

1.) Will you post TraderBrad's criminal record here? This thread will serve as a great warning to anyone looking at the service in the upcoming weeks/months/years.

2.) You need to be careful - especially if he has your address. It seems that there are some issues here that may go beyond just a scam artisit.
