I have not looked, but you may be able to find out where he is domiciled by looking at the WHOIS for his domain.

Caplan my case is only a small claims court case so this forum has done nothing but help it because traderBAD only gave me the final evidence that I needed.

TraderBAD only has my attorneys address and an old business address for me that I still use as a mailing address. He does not have my home address for exactly the reason you stated.

I have to consult with my attorney weather or not I am legally able to publish his criminal record once I have it if he has one. There are times you can and times you can not.

Ok, geez, finally think I got to most of the crap on this thread (I can't edit fast enough).

Look, I am not a fan of TB, and I think the criticisms of his calls are completely legitimate and valuable to new traders in particular. He has been given permission to post his calls, so I am following that directive. What is not necessary is the name calling and the vulgar language. So give it a rest.

I was out of the office yesterday so I missed the beginning of the fireworks. Honestly db, you complain about a lot of posts far more innocent than these...how about a heads up on the real stuff too...
