The Art of Self-Discipline

Personally I think you should do what they do with Dolphins and reward yourself after each successful act of control.

Although I think you should replace the fish with a blow job :D

Unfortunately, I am not at the skill level to implement this positive reinforcement system yet. :P

Avoid the noises? Au contraire, bring 'em on. Know them, love them, embrace the noise and one by one you won't notice them. Numero 2? The bogeyman of fear. Understanding may conquer fear quicker than discipline. What don't you understand re your set up, that would make you afraid? These might be a questions you could ask yourself.

Hi nutmeg, thanks for your response regarding fear. I think the major reason why many of us are afraid to enter into a trade now and then is because we have been humbled by the market one too many times. We started to doubt ourselves and our set ups. So I think having some kind of disciplining system when it comes to trading is still necessary.

As for your response regarding the noise, would you mind if I ask you regarding why we need to embrace the noise? For me, noise is really bad for me, since it always have a way to tempt me into doing something stupid.

BTW: Thank you for yours and everyone's responses!
