What do you do (if anything) after a binary event causes a major gap during the Month .. do you establish a new OR post event ? Or is that whole month's lines useless ?

Simple, trade off the weekly and intra-day levels. Weekly's work outstanding on huge gap events.

Mav, how to you trade HO and RB?

Options volume for HO is tiny and Bid-Ask spreads ridiculous, and the ETF is not optionable.

With RB the front month options at least have some volume and better spreads, whilst UGA options have decent volume.
