The police rolled up, he got busted and arrested. I thought it was a good explanation, but my boss looked at it and said "we dont want to give that a credit line" in a loud angry voice. That was it...

When you are a guy in your 20s, women come very easily. You dont have to do or say that much. They just come and appear from nowhere...
Then the 30s hit and you find yourself beating back weight gain. You have to carefully diet and workout or the belly&chin just appear like that.
Then the 40s hit and its more then just some extra pounds but hairloss, grey hair, wrinkles and other such things. With each year after 40, the goal of exercise is not to look younger or to attract women, but to simply maintain your health so they dont have to use the public defibrilator systems on you one day.
With each passing year, it gets a little bit tougher to simply have those casual encounters like it was in your 20s. It also costs you a great deal in time and energy. Even a young good looking guy cant go out and get laid every week in NYC. So for an older guy, its much harder.
At some point in your life, you figure out that paying for sex isnt really that bad...If you are not willing to pay and believe prostitution is bad, then you can try your luck at the bars, try your hand at dating or maybe even get married and see how that works out. You can even just give up and stay home to watch the shows on Channel 13 while drinking a good whiskey.

that's why by the time a man hits 40 and a women 35, they better be settled down/married with the right person. An older man hitting on a younger woman looks very desperate and even disgusting to some women... 90% of the time the only young women they will be able to attract are golddiggers....then it's no wonder why some wealthy men have such a low opinion of women, this is all they can get!
A woman should have as much fun as she can in high school and college. Then she should be actively looking for a quality guy to marry soon after. As the clock ticks forward, her value to many men simply erodes.

The secret for a guy to keep his youth is simple. Simply get your ass out there on that road and run 3-4 miles each day when you wake up at 5am. Then hit the gym and go from there. Stay away from snacks and eating too much. Diet diet diet.
However, even a woman who works out with that type of regimand finds it harder for herself.
