You don't even read the original text and have no clue who and how many people are gathered to make 1 big claim. All you can do is follow your intuition, but as you know that is not a good idea as you cannot trust your intuition.

wow, outside some of Germany's autobahns I don't know where you can drive that fast in Europe and not lose your license if you get caught! I've noted a significant slow down on European highways over the last 20 years, when the 130 km/h speed limit was the minimum speed. Now, most cars stay within the limit.
