I think you're talking about a burger joint Ponzi-in, Ponzi-out, all the way downtown. There is always a Tesla parked next to it. The vibe is electric, you can feel the place is jumping, there is an hourglass filled with sand in their glass window. Strange, people are always counting the wrong way, you count from right to left, not left to right, that's why they're always thinking everything is too expensive...
